I have just googled “web 2.0” and I have obtained 20.700.000 results; mmm, it’s really a famous expression. It’s used everywhere in the world to talk about a large scale of internet services (social networks, wikis, blogs, and folksonomies) which some years ago we couldn’t neither image. In my opinion it’s not only an evolution step of internet use, but a real socio-economic phenomenon; million and million of person use daily web 2.0.

Approach to internet is very changed; information sharing is the main force of this.

It’s important to understand how to manage all this huge heap of informations and how to maximize its exploitations. Under this phonomenon there are many business opportunities, in fact many firms are investing and researching in this field.
